Beach Club & Grill
A ten-slip stationary aluminum dock connects boaters with a waterfront restaurant. Standard dock sections and custom gussets bring the layout into alignment with the shoreline.

The project
A dock that follows
the shoreline.
The waterfront is the starting point. Here, the dock provides a place for boaters to arrive for dinner while following the shape of the shore.
Explore FWM aluminum systemsStandard sections establish the layout.
The perimeter uses 4′ × 12′ aluminum-frame sections with gray ThruFlow decking. The fingers use 4′ × 10′ aluminum sections to create the individual slips.
Custom gussets connect the geometry.
Custom gussets were created to let the dock run parallel to the shoreline. This is a practical example of standard modular components working with a site-specific fabricated detail.
Access and protection complete the system.
The project includes a transition ramp, adjustable vertical bumpers, corner bumpers and pole lights. These details connect the dock layout with its everyday use.
Project components
What went
into the dock.
These are the components documented for this installation. Your project may need a different layout, support arrangement or combination of parts.

A useful starting point for your site

Room for a custom detail.
Not every commercial project needs an entirely custom dock. Share your shoreline, dimensions and intended use so we can discuss where standard systems fit and where fabrication may be needed.
Bring these details to the first conversation.
- The project city and state, and how the waterfront will be used
- A shoreline photo or a rough plan showing the proposed dock
- Boat sizes, desired slips and access requirements
- Whether this is a replacement, expansion or new installation
- The season you are planning for, including 2027
