Lowell National Historical Park

Located on the Merrimack River in Lowell, MA this multi-purpose dock serves the National Park Service as well as other government agencies. During the warmer months, they provide short boat rides on the Merrimack to teach about the river and Lowell’s history. Rides are free and no reservations are necessary.
