How fast does FWM Docks ship Anchoring?

Most Anchoring orders ship within 1 business day from our Hudson, NH warehouse. Standard transit is 2–5 business days anywhere in the continental US. Local pickup is available for select items at our New Hampshire facility.

Will these Anchoring fit my dock?

FWM-branded Anchoring are designed specifically for FWM aluminum dock systems. EZ Dock-branded items are engineered for EZ Dock floating systems. Each product page lists exact compatibility. If you are unsure, call us at (603) 578-9699 — we will confirm fit before you buy.

Do you offer free shipping?

ThruFlow decking ships free on orders of $100 or more. Most Anchoring ship at standard freight rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I pick up my order in New Hampshire?

Yes. Many Anchoring are available for free pickup at our Hudson, NH facility (11 Friars Drive). Look for the "Local Pickup" or "Factory Pickup" badge on the product card. Pickup orders skip shipping fees entirely.

What is your return policy?

New, unused Anchoring can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return shipping for buyer-error returns; free returns for our errors). Custom-cut, custom-color, and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
